Apparel Impact Warehouse Operational Alerts
Apparel Impact sends operational text (SMS) alerts to its warehouse staff (loaders and warehouse managers) to notify them when a load in our load-management system has been flagged for correction, so it can be reviewed and fixed. These messages are for internal staff only. We do not send marketing or promotional texts.
1. Program name and description
Apparel Impact operates an SMS notification program called "Apparel Impact Warehouse Operational Alerts." Through this program, Apparel Impact sends operational text (SMS) messages to its own warehouse staff — loaders and warehouse managers — to notify them when a load in the Apparel Impact load-management system has been flagged for correction, so it can be promptly reviewed and fixed. This program is strictly for internal operational communication with Apparel Impact staff. We do not use it to send marketing, promotional, or advertising messages, and it is not available to the general public.
2. How you opt in (consent)
Participation is voluntary. An employee opts in by signing into the Apparel Impact load-management application, entering their own mobile phone number on their profile, and checking a consent box that is unchecked by default. The consent box states: "I agree to receive operational text message alerts from Apparel Impact about warehouse loads flagged for correction. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help." A mobile number is enrolled to receive alerts only after the employee has personally provided this consent. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of employment or of any purchase.
3. Types of messages you will receive
You will receive operational alerts notifying you that a load has been flagged for correction and should be reviewed in the load-management system.
4. Message frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on how often loads are flagged for correction.
5. Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Apparel Impact is not responsible for charges assessed by your carrier.
6. How to opt out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. You may also opt out by unchecking the SMS consent box on your profile in the load-management application. To rejoin, opt in again by replying START or by re-checking the consent box on your profile.
